Caring for skin during winter takes just a little extra time and effort because the condition are rather extreme for our skin. It’s no wonder our skin of an ends up dry flaky and itchy.

These steps will help you to prevent from uncomfortable skin and keep your skin healthy & happy through the winter;

Luke warm water – Wash your skin properly with luke warm water and towel dry.

Keep the moisturize you have-  The natural oils your skin produce also help to protect skin and keep it healthy.

 Add moisture to your home- It will help to counter the drying effect of winter.

Add moisture From The Inside Out- Increasing your water intake will help to hydrate your skin.

Don’t forget sunscreen-  Just because it’s no cold outside doesn’t mean the sun isn’t affecting your skin so use sunscreen cream.

Moisturize your skin throughly- Switch to an oil based moisturizer in the winter, your skin will appreciate it.

Switch your cleanser- it’s good idea to trade in your current body wash for a more moisturizing hydrating cleanser in the winter.

Take extra care- Winter skin is more fragile so if you have skin condition be sure to avoid any allergens that you know flare your condition.
