Atal Bharat Foundation has set an example of national service not only in the country but also in foreign countries, by honoring the personalities of our country and by placing regional problems on the world stage. Last year, Atal Bharat Foundation created a new record by organizing a grand Bihar discussion across the seven seas in England. Atal Bharat Foundation has been organizing ‘Atal Mithila Samman’ since from four consecutive years dedicated to Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Continuing this tradition, this year, in the fifth edition of the “Atal Mithila Samman” and organizing it on a large scale, the outline of “Bihar Vimarsh 2023” is also being drawn with the vision of advanced Bihar. This grand event is being held on 9 July 2023 at the Durbar Hall of the capital’s famous hotel Taj Palace. During this, Indians living in the country and abroad will be honored with the Atal Mithila Samman for their outstanding contribution and achievement in the service of the country.

The awardees this year mainly from the field of media include Supriya Prasad, News Director, TV Today Group, Shweta Singh, Managing Editor, Good News Today. Philanthropist industrialist and founder chairman of Vedanta Group, Anil Agarwal, SpiceJet CMD Ajay Singh, Shridhar Banshi Jha, who is trying to bring Bihar’s tourism to the international platform. Dr. Abhishek Kumar, Director, Evolution Educare from the field of education and skill development, Ritesh R. Jaiswal, Director, Sanskriti IAS, Abhayanand, former DGP of Bihar and educationist, Bimalendra Jha, MD, Jindal Steel & Power, Director, Dharamshila Cancer Hospital from the field of medicine Dr. Anshuman Kumar and ITBP Medical Officer Dr. Priya Bharti Former cricketer Saba Karim from the field of sports. IAS Nitesh Jha, IPS Vikas Vaibhav, who did excellent work in bureaucracy, former Health Secretary, Government of India C.K. Apart from Mishra and Agra’s SSP Keshav Kumar Chaudhary, many other dignitaries will be honored.

Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Mr. Harivansh ji will formally start this program in the Durbar Hall of Hotel Taj Palace, Delhi as he inaugurate and discuss the current status and future of education in Bihar.
Different dignitaries keep different views during the entire session of the program
The Governor of Bihar, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, as the chief guest, will present his views on “Role of Bihar in the development of India”. The program will start at 10 am and continue till 9 pm. During this, there will be participation of scholars, entrepreneurs, artists, sportspersons, politicians and media personalities from the country and the world associated with Bihar in different sessions. Union Minister Mr. Anurag Thakur, Mrs. Smriti Irani, Mr. Mahendranath Pandey as well as Bihar BJP President Mr. Samrat Chaudhary and Congress President Mr. Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Lok Sabha MP Mr. Chirag Paswan, Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Thakur will also be present. In the evening at 7 pm, the country’s respected journalist and India TV Chairman Mr. Rajat Sharma will present his views on “Bihar’s current image, youth and media”. Education Secretary of India Mr. Sanjay Kumar will present his views on “Bihar’s education and its students”. . The dignitaries included former Union Minister Dr.CP Thakur, Padmabhushan singer Udit Narayan Jha, actor Shekhar Suman, Nirmal Prakash (IIT) former DGP of Bihar Shri Abhayanand and Acharya Shri Gupteshwar Pandey Ji Maharaj, former DGP of Uttar Pradesh Shri VN Rai , Former Health Secretary CK Mishra, Senior Advocate Mr. Manoj Singh, will also keep their views in different sessions of the day.
